Johnson is a private, coeducational institution offering associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctor's degrees. The primary purpose is to educate students for specialized Christian ministries with emphasis on the preaching ministry. A secondary purpose is to provide programs in Christian leadership and community service.

We provide our students with a range of degree options designed to suit their varying ages and goals. Many students with prior college experience take advantage of our degree completion options which feature evening classes. Students with exceptionally high academic objectives are challenged within our invitation-only Honors Program. In addition to housing single students in dorms, we can accommodate students with families in townhouses and duplexes.
